Below is the Quorn 1911 census, taken on 2nd April 1911, listed in the order in which the information was originally compiled.
This census gives more information than any previous returns. There are additional fields for the number of years a couple have been married and also how many children they have had in total, and how many are living or had died. The number of living children is irrespective of whether they are residing with their parents at the time. The 1911 return is also the first return to be filled in by the householder themselves, so the information supplied tends to be more accurate. It is evident in Quorn that some people found filling in the return difficult, and the vicar, Rev Henry Rumsey, helped many of his older parishioners.
