Howlett's Bus Company 1972

This is a picture of a Howlett's bus passing through Quorn in June 1972. The Howlett's Bus Company was founded in Quorn by George Howlett in the early 1920s. The bus depot was in Barrow Road. The name Howlett's finally disappeared from our streets in 1979.
