US soldier Private Gilbert L Gamelcy, Camp Quorn 1944

Private Gilbert L Gamelcy. "Moose" outside his tent at Quorn-England ready to stand retreat with H Company in the spring of 1944. "Moose" was one of the 3rd battalion Pathfinders on June 5th 1944 to lead the way for the parachute drop into Normandy of the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division.
