Domestic quarrel

Before C Shakespeare and E Warner, Esqs. Alleged assault.

John Toon was charged with assaulting Mary Hammond at Quorndon. Mr Goode appeared for the complainant, and Mr Deane for the defendant, and on the suggestion of the legal gentlemen, the parties came to an arrangement between themselves.
