Rex Bloore, Quorn – business card

Rex Bloore was well known Quorn businessman in the 1960s and 1970s. His main business was cigarette vending machines, but he also branched out into confectionary and drinks machines, and later music. His premises were on Quorn Cross at 1 to 3 High Street, where Velvet Fox Interiors is today (March 2022).

This business card belonged to one of his employees Arthur Green who lived on Wood Lane. More about Rex Bloore’s business can be found in Artefact 1128 and Arthur and his wife Doris appear in Artefact 1643.
