Manor House Hotel, Quorn

The Manor House Hotel on Woodhouse Road opposite the railway station, was built for the opening of the Great Central Railway in 1899. The photograph on this Christmas card was taken between 1904 and 1909.

The stationmaster’s house is on the left and if you look carefully at the enlargement, opposite the house are three small buildings, one of which is the old weighbridge hut which is still there today. Does anyone know what the other two buildings were and when they disappeared?
