William Henry Norman (PC Billy Norman) 1889 to 1958

William Henry (Billy) Norman was born on 29th March 1889 in Oadby. After distinguished service in the Army, first in India and later in WW1, he joined the Police Force and served in Quorn from 1930 to 1944.
