Parish Supper 1978

Not a lot is known about this photograph, except that it was a 'Parish Supper' in 1978. Can anyone remember the event? Was it at the Church Rooms or the Village Hall? Who organised it, was it the Church?

Only one person can so far be identified, can you identify anyone else?
