Crowning the Quorn May Queen - 1960

Loughborough Monitor - 10th June 1960

Pictured crowning the May Queen, Miss Doris Anne Gwilt, is the vice-chairman of Quorn Parish Council, Mr E C Russ. The ceremony took place at a carnival parade and gala on the Stafford Orchard, Quorn, organised by the Quorn Friends of Markfield.
