Quorn boys in Cyprus - 1957

Loughborough Echo - 16th August 1957

From a vehicle park in Cyprus comes this photograph of two Quorn boys who had the luck to meet out there and renew an old friendship. They are Craftsman Tony Berry, R.E.M.E., attached to the Royal horse Guards (The Blues), and Lance-Corporal Terry Hallam R.H.G.

Craftsman Berry has been with the R.E.M.E for nearly 20 months, of which he has spent 18 with the Blues in Cyprus. He says his people send him the Echo, which enables him to keep in touch with home news.
