Quorn Charities Darts - 1962

Loughborough Echo - 22nd June 1962

The Royal Oak beat the Conservative Club in the final of the Quorn Charities League 4-a-side K.O. Shield at the White Hart, Quorn last week. A capacity crowd saw a high standard of play in both the semi-finals and final. Afterwards refreshments were served by "mine hosts" Mr and Mrs B Overton. The Royal Oak team is seen in the picture and the Conservative team was Cliffe Knill, Tom Preston, Tim Hammond and Jack Taylor.
