Lily and Pauline Hudson, 72 Leicester Road, 1937
Frank Hudson, born in 1911, was brought up at Meadow View in Quorn, now 83 Barrow Road. He married Lily Freestone from Loughborough in 1936.
The old photograph shows 22 year old Lily, holding their first child Pauline, born early in 1937, outside their home at 72 Leicester Road. The house is decorated to celebrate the coronation of George VI. On the right is 72 Leicester Road in 2021.
