William Freer born 1830 in Quorn, died 17th February 1887, Denbighshire
William Freer was born in Quorn in 1830. By the 1850s he was a kennel man for Quorn Hunt, based at Quorn Hall.
1841 census returns show William living with his parents John and Frances Freer, on Barrow Gate, which is now known as Station Road. By 1851, John and Frances had moved to Wood Street (now Meeting Street) on the south west side of the village and William was living with his wife Mary and daughter Frances on High Street.
