School Lane - then and now
This view is looking up towards the old primary school with Stafford Orchard on the left. The older photograph was taken in the early 1900s. The modern photograph was taken in 2011 shortly after Stafford Orchard was refurbished. It is sad to see the old primary school boarded up.
Times have certainly changed and we couldn’t let children walk and play in the middle of the road today!
