House re-numbering certificate Meeting Street

As Quorn expanded over the years, some streets had to be re-numbered. This re-numbering certificate was issued to Mr Thomas Freeman on 24th August 1965, who was living at 29 Meeting Street, re-numbered and currently known today as number 69.

Although the certificate is dated 1965, electoral rolls show that the street was actually re-numbered sometime between 1947 and 1953.

The picture shows not only the certificate but also a picture of 69 Meeting Street today.
